The Organising Committee has arranged three types of accommodation packages:
· «А» Package (Marriott Hotel– principal; Ambassador Hotel – additional)
· «В» Package (Moscow Hotel – principal; Andersen Hotel – additional)
· «С» Package (Okhtinskaya Hotel – principal; Russ Hotel – additional)

Each package includes the following:
• Hotel accommodation (hotel class will correspond to your chosen package)
• Half board (Breakfast and Dinner)
• Championships ID card
• Transfers to/from airport/railway station and to/from “Yubileyny” Sports Complex
• Free entry to the Sports Complex
• Medical assistance during the competition (for competitors only)
• Free entry to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
• Excursion programme (details will follow in due course)

Transfers

You are requested to send your arrival details to the Organising Committee before September 10, 2009 for arranging transfers. (please complete downloadable Travel Arrangements Form)
In case you book your accommodation through the Organising Committee and observe the closing date for Travel Arrangements Form the following Transfers will be provided at the Organising Committee’s expense:
- On arrival: to the Meeting point for registration and payments, after that to the hotel.
- During Championships: from the hotel to the Sports Complex (in the morning) and back to the hotel (on completion of the tournament day). There will be no transfers during the competition.
- On the day of departure: from the hotel to the airport/ railway station.
Advance booking of transfers for arrival/departure is required. No transfers will be provided by the Organising Committee without it. Countries not booking their accommodation through the Organising Committee are required to come to the Meeting piont on their own according to the schedule.
