Dear Mr. President,

I, on behalf of the entire members of ITF family, would like to extend my whole-hearted thanks to you, all the Staffs of the Organizing Committee and volunteers for their endeavor and devotion in the successful conduct and conclusion of the 16th ITF Taekwon-Do World Championships and the 19th ITF Congress held in St. Petersburg in the last week.
The Championships and Congress held in St. Petersburg should be recorded as one of the best in the history of ITF and remain with the wonderful memory in the hearts of Taekwon-do people forever.
