NEWS/30.09.2009 THE PREPARATION FOR THE 16TH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP AT FINAL STAGE

Pursuant to the ITF Constitution and Bylaws, the ITF Executive Director General Master Ri Yong Son paid a visit to St. Petersburg and worked with the members of Organizing Committee with Master Mikhail Shmelev as its President on 2-5 Sep. this year.

All the organizers have been working so hard for the success of the coming World Championship even without the Summer Holidays everybody used to enjoy with the family at all costs and, thanks to their tireless efforts, all preparations for it are going well and smoothly at the final stage.
The fact that assures us of the success for the 16th World Championship is that these preparations for it are under the mammoth supports and assistances of the Russian Government & Municipal Government of City St. Petersburg including the outstanding financial contributions and the Government Authorities, in particular. the Russian Prime Minister is expected to directly congratulate all the participants at the Opening Ceremony on behalf of the Russian Government and peoples.

It is strongly believed that the parti-cipants in the forthcoming Festival would experience ever best Championship this time.
