Countries in need of Russian visa should contact the nearest Russian Consulate and find out about the visa requirements as they vary depending on the country where the visa is being issued. We would advise that you do that well in advance of your trip as it might take much time.

To get your invitation from the Organising Committee please complete downloadable Invitation Form and send it with your passport copy as soon as possible to the Organising Committee before July 10, 2009 by fax: +7 812 335 29 98 or e-mail: info@taekwondo2009.com

After receiving and processing the Invitation Form the Organising Committee will compile a personal document package required for obtaining visa and send it to the address indicated in the Invitation Form.

According to the Russian Federation legislation each foreigner should pay a registration fee of 5 euro.

To meet special consulate requirements for some countries visa support will be provided after receiving partial prepayment only. These countries are: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Chad, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Iran, Jordan, Libya, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

In case of any problems in obtaining your visas we kindly request that you get in touch with the Organising Committee as soon as possible.
